Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a commercial driver to deliver materials to customers in Columbus, OH. The role requires a Class A CDL, a valid DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will operate safely, load/unload goods with pallet jacks, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or route completion) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and competitive hourly pay up to $30.76/hour, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid DOT Medical Card required to meet driver requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring successful delivery with ticket.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling, packing orders, receiving, and stocking materials.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 AM to 3:30 PM or until route completion

The pay rate for this role is $30/hr depending on experience with a $1,000 sign on bonus to be paid out after 90 days

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
• Valid Class A CDL license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
