Western Foods in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a full-time CDL driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of tortillas and related materials. You will plan routes, maintain DOT-compliant logs, and coordinate with office staff and warehouses to ensure smooth logistics.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and good communication. Prior CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements are a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 23 years age or older.
• Valid CDL.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Endorsements on CDL such as Hazmat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes while complying with traffic laws.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections per DOT rules.
• Communicate with office coordinators, warehouse staff, and customers about delivery status.
• Safely transport tortillas and cardboard displays to and from locations in a timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
