Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver building materials to job sites within a 200‑mile radius around Eugene, Oregon. The role emphasizes safety, on‑time deliveries, and professional customer service while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting yard operations.

The position requires a valid CDL with air brakes, DOT/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Local travel only; background checks and drug testing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B with air brakes endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving and knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must operate forklifts/Moffett's safely and communicate effectively in English.
• 18+ (21+ for interstate/hazmat); pass background checks, drug tests, and E-Verify.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A/B vehicles within a 200-mile radius, with no overnight travel.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and verify inventory accuracy.
• Assist with yard operations and ensure timely, safe deliveries with customer coordination.
• Document deliveries with photos per company policy and maintain OSHA safety standards.
• Support operations by staying adaptable, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
