Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years CDL experience preferred.
• Experience transporting and handling lumber and building materials required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Class A or B commercial vehicles in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
• Deliveries to active construction sites and completed locations; inter-state travel may be required.
• Pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism on job sites and relaying messages.
• Loads and unloads materials; verifies orders for accuracy before departure and on delivery.
• Maintains DOT logs and adheres to hours-of-service regulations.
• Delivers and unloads materials safely, ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Operates truck-mounted forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.
