Job summary

Kimble Companies is looking for CDL A and CDL B drivers for full-time roles in waste and recycling transport. Drivers are home every night and may work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities include roll off, vacuum box, end-dump, and lowboy operations with medium/heavy-duty vehicles.

Minimum qualifications include a valid CDL, at least 21 years old, and 1 year of CDL driving experience, plus pass drug, background, and MVR checks. We value safety and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-year CDL truck driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and Kimble policies.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Immediately notify Supervisor of accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Maintain and update route sheets and driver logs.
• Attend scheduled safety meetings and trainings and assist with other routes as needed.

Job description

Kimble is hiring CDL A and CDL B drivers for full-time positions. We offer opportunities in waste and recycling collection, roll off and vacuum box containers, end-dump commodities transport, and lowboy operations, all utilizing medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

Our Refuse Truck Drivers operate heavy duty waste disposal vehicles and are responsible for the collection of waste and recyclable material. Our drivers are home every night and must have the ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL driver's license
• At least 21 years of age

CDL Driver Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate company vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, all local, state and federal laws and Kimble policies.
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, and document/report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.
• Immediately notifies Supervisor of accidents, injuries, or property damage
• Maintains and updates route sheets and driver logs
• Attend scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.
• Performs other duties assigned to by Supervisors such as assisting with other routes to meet customer needs.
