Job summary

PODS in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking qualified CDL Class B drivers to join our team. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $24.50–$25.00 per hour, with eligibility for incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Required are a valid CDL Class B license, a current driver license, the ability to obtain a DOT certification, and a minimum age of 21. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

• Valid CDL Class B License without air brake restriction.
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license.
• Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Possess a Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a 1-year certification (DOT).
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred.
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• Attend a 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and is part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. In accordance with New York, Colorado, California, Washington and other applicable laws, PODS is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below.
