Job summary

Brand Vaughan, a division of US LBM Holdings, is seeking a CDL Driver I to deliver materials to job sites across Georgia. You will inspect and maintain the truck, assist in loading, organize loads, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years CDL experience for interstate work, and safe lifting techniques. Pay is $23.00–$24.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL experience required for interstate commerce.
• Basic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers.
• 1-3 years CDL experience required for interstate commerce.
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Deliver materials to customers' job sites and unload as needed.
• Inspect and maintain truck.
• Report shortages and claims to supervisor.
• Assist in loading and storing materials.
• Organize and secure load.
• Complete daily equipment pre-inspection.
• Follow Department of Transportation guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Relay messages from customers while on the job.
• Assist supervisor and other employees as assigned.
• Maintain yard and warehouse housekeeping.
