Qualifications

• 7+ years of driving experience and 1+ years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Or 1+ years of CDL driving experience required.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of their Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had their driver's license suspended for traffic accidents/violations within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete a daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; notify supervisor of repairs.
• Follow DOT and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload and verify material per order; ensure damage-free shipments.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer signature.
• Pickup material returns and verify condition, quantity and catalog numbers.
• Pickup material from suppliers.
• May assist in other branch duties (sales, orders, stocking, shipping).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
