Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a CDL Driver I for the Reno, NV area. The role delivers products to customers and company branches, ensuring correct materials are loaded and documented, while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, loading/unloading, and supporting branch operations as needed. A valid CDL and clean driving record are required, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of driving experience and 1+ years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Or 1+ years of CDL driving experience required.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had license suspended for traffic violations in past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete a daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean and maintained; report needed repairs.
• Follow DOT and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload material and verify order accuracy before departure.
• Prepare orders for delivery and ensure accurate delivery documentation.
• Receive material returns and verify quantities and catalog numbers.
