• Clean driving record and valid CDL Class-driver's license.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, handle large items, and stock overhead areas.
• Requires frequent standing and walking.
• Ability to work outside in varying temperatures and weather.
• Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills.

What Does a CDL Driver Do?

• Deliver goods and materials to designated locations
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and uphold company values
• Manage time and schedules efficiently for on-time deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
• Ensure a clean driving record and practice safe driving habits
• Travel locally as required for deliveries and pick-ups
• Utilize previous building material experience if available
• Lift and carry items 25-50lbs consistently
• Be flexible to work overtime when needed
• Additional duties as assigned

What Does It Take to Be Successful as a CDL Driver?
