Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Driver to oversee delivery and material transport for data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN. You will ensure safe, timely movement of high-value equipment between warehouses, vendor sites, and data centers while performing route coordination and compliance oversight.

Role combines hands-on driving with loading duties and requires CDL, forklift experience, and strong organizational skills to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience (short-haul required; long-haul preferred).

Responsibilities

• Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles while meeting all transportation requirements.
• Safely load and unload trucks at pickup and drop-off points using forklifts; ensure loads are secured.
• Scan barcodes and transact material movements in the WMS/ERP to meet inventory needs.
• Take route directions from logistics leadership and communicate issues promptly.
• Maintain and review delivery documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor vehicle condition, service records, cleanliness, and fueling; report problems.
• Operate Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and maintain a safe driving record.
• Support receiving, material handling, and inventory operations as needed.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
