Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a CDL Driver to support field operations by safely transporting equipment and materials to multiple job sites throughout the day. You will maintain clean, organized vehicles, follow DOT regulations, and assist with shop/yard operations as needed.

The role offers hands-on learning from day one, opportunities to grow, and a culture that values teamwork and safety. Workweeks are Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience.
• Valid CDL License and ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Experience with trailer driving in urban environments is a plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to enter/exit vehicles repeatedly and secure loads safely.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions; labor-intensive duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-requ​ired vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Transport materials, equipment, and crews to and from job sites safely and on time.
• Load, unload, and transport materials while ensuring loads are secured and within limits.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time arrival at destinations.
• Maintain driver logs, inspection records, and required documentation.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in safe operating condition through inspections and maintenance support.
• Develop skills to safely operate heavy equipment in daily operations.
