Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Conductor CDL to join our team. Based in the Maryland area with operations across several states, this role requires driving to multiple job sites, performing light maintenance, and adhering to DOT standards.

Compensation is competitive, $25-$30 per hour, with on-site hours Mon-Fri 6:00 am to 5:00 pm and occasional weekend or night shifts. We are a family-owned, employee-owned landscape contractor offering on-the-job training, benefits, and year-round opportunities

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL Class B or above License.
• Must maintain a safe and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Experience with trailer driving in urban environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must have the ability to drive to and from multiple job sites in a day.
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance on work vehicles.
• Keep the work vehicle organized, clean and safe at all times.
• Adhere to DOT Standards and Best Practices.
• Ability and willingness to learn how to efficiently operate heavy equipment.
• Work M-F 6:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some weekend and night shifts required.
