Job summary

Ruppert Landscape in the United States is seeking a CDL Driver to safely transport equipment and materials to multiple job sites throughout the day. You will help ensure loads are secured, follow DOT regulations, and support field operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

When not delivering, you may assist with landscaping tasks and shop/yard operations. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors in varying weather, and Monday–Friday 6:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience.
• Must possess a valid CDL license.
• Must maintain a safe and clean driving record.
• Experience with trailer driving in urban environments is a plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles, secure loads, and assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work, including standing, squatting, reaching, and lifting at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be willing to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm; occasional weekend and night shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles and equipment in compliance with federal, state, DOT, and company safety regulations while promoting safe driving practices and a safety-first culture.
• Transport materials, equipment, and crews to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Properly load, unload, and transport materials and equipment while ensuring loads are securely fastened and vehicles remain within weight and safety limits.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time arrival at scheduled destinations.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection records, and required transportation documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safe operating condition of assigned vehicles and equipment through routine inspections, preventative maintenance support, and timely reporting of repair needs.
• Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in support of daily operations.
