Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a CDL Driver to support field operations by safely transporting equipment and materials to multiple job sites. You’ll help ensure on‑time deliveries and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and logs.

The role may involve learning to operate heavy equipment and assisting with landscape production tasks when not delivering. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional weekends or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and at least two years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must pass background and DOT compliance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather.
• Monday–Friday 6:00 am–5:00 pm; occasional weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL‑required vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulations across job sites.
• Transport materials, equipment, and crews to and from job sites safely and promptly.
• Load, unload, and secure materials while maintaining proper weight balance and safety.
• Plan routes to ensure on‑time arrival at destinations.
• Maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in safe operating condition; report repairs.
• Learn to operate heavy equipment to support daily operations.
