PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates a single, tandem, or multi-axle truck for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and/or energy products, following specified schedules to/from company or customer locations to support profitable business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Operate all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards and proper techniques.
2. Perform and record daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections and maintenance tasks.
3. Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials safely, ensuring proper load balancing and compliance with DOT regulations.
4. Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, maintaining high customer service standards.
5. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
6. Maintain company equipment and adhere to safety and conduct policies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience operating tractor-trailer or tender trucks.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a CDL license with required endorsements, a valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various vehicle configurations and work extended hours, including on-call duties.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and permits.
• Willingness to work in various weather and environmental conditions, including dust, fumes, and at heights.
• Lift 51-70 lbs. as required.
• Participation in training related to company policies, safety, and job-specific skills.
