SALARY RANGE: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 - 100% Commission-Based

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates semi-tractors and tankers according to specified schedules to/from company or customer locations to support profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operates semi-tractors and tankers following safety standards and proper vehicle operation techniques.
• Performs daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections, and maintains vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
• Follows all DOT regulations.
• Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, promoting excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Completes all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Adheres to Manito Transit's Code of Conduct, safety policies, and compliance programs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Valid CDL with required endorsements, medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and lift 51-70 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in training and obtain necessary certifications.

Work conditions may include extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and working at heights. Ability to work in these environments safely is required.
