Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group is seeking a Driver - Same Day Paving for our construction team in Massachusetts. This non-exempt role pays $27.00-$32.00 per hour and requires a valid CDL A or B, clean MVR, and ability to perform heavy manual labor and lift up to 80 lbs.

• 1+ year of construction experience.
• Possession of a valid State Driver’s License and CDL A or B is required.
• Pass DOT-regulated physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance work.
• Assist operators by swamping, hand digging and locating underground obstructions.
• Operate with jackhammers, rotary drills and power actuated tools.
• Signal equipment operators to align and move machinery and materials.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety at construction zones.
• Keep DVIRs and driver logs up to date.
