Coastal Waste & Recycling, including Kirby Sanitation, LLC, is hiring a CDL Driver to operate a rear-load waste removal truck on residential routes. You will collect, transport and service materials while providing excellent customer service and upholding safety standards.

The role requires CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Overtime and flexible schedules may be required as we grow together as a team.

Your Role

As a residential CDL Driver, you'll safely operate a rear load waste removal truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Kirby's professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a rear load waste removal truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

What You'll Bring
