Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a residential CDL Driver in Hendersonville, NC. You will operate a rear-load waste removal truck on assigned routes, service diverse customers, and ensure safe, compliant operations while representing Kirby's Sanitation, LLC, a division of Coastal Waste & Recycling.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a rear-load waste removal truck.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Kirby's professionally every day. ## What You'll Do* Safely operate a **rear load waste removal truck** on assigned routes.* Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.* Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.* Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.* Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.* Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.* Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.* Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.* At Kirby's, we win as a team.
