Job summary

BAC Paving is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites and yards in Nashville. This role supports construction operations by ensuring timely, secure deliveries and requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, and experience operating commercial vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial driving, knowledge of load securement, and a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling construction materials or equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with load securement and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles (dump, flatbed, lowboy) to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper methods to prevent damage or injury.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and DOT compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Follow delivery schedules, GPS directions, and dispatch instructions.
