Job summary

Peak Rentals is seeking a CDL Driver to safely operate a truck with a minimum GVW of 26,000 pounds and to build loads for deliveries. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized work environment, loading and unloading oilfield equipment, and ensuring quality and safety in all operations.

Key responsibilities include transporting equipment with flatbed trucks, rigging equipment on site, and maintaining DOT logs and inspections, with a focus on compliance and safety on lease roads.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and carry out work assignments to highest quality level.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to and from customer locations with medium duty flatbed trucks as well as semi tractors.
• Perform load-outs of equipment at the yard.
• Repetitive heavy lifting.
• Rig up and rig down equipment, unloading and positioning equipment on location.
• Class A CDL driving experience, flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience with strapping down loads required, ensuring trailers are properly loaded with regard to weight, width, and height.
