Job summary

New England Gypsum Supply, Inc. is searching for a delivery driver to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites in Milford, CT. You will load/unload materials and provide excellent customer service while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL, Class B minimum, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B license; Class A preferred.
• Clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load/unload building materials and deliver to job sites with safety emphasis.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or equipment.
