Job summary

Gator Gypsum, Inc. in Tampa is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle, load/unload materials, and deliver to job sites while providing world-class customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL (Class B minimum; Class A preferred) and a clean MVR. You will work outdoors on active construction sites with heavy lifting and strict safety procedures, reporting to the Dispatcher/Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL.
• Minimum Class B License; Class A preferred.
• Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at job sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional attitude.
