• Operate equipment to blend fertilizer accurately.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.

Skills

Basic math and accurate counting

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions

Comfort with agricultural practices

Strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED
