Job summary

Compellier is seeking a CDL A driver/field team member to transport materials to job sites and install concrete, gypsum, and sound mat flooring while ensuring balconies don’t leak and floors don’t fail.

This short haul role keeps you home most nights (80-90%), with responsibilities including pre-trip inspections, material deliveries within roughly four hours of the office, and adhering to safety standards and project plans.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent with 3 years driving a CDL A eligible vehicle.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• No accidents or violations within driving history.

Responsibilities

• Drive Tractor-Trailer, Flatbed, and heavy trucks.
• Deliver material to jobsites up to 4 hours away.
• Unload equipment and materials at jobsites.
• Operate other equipment as needed.
• Pre-trip inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Install sound mat underlayment before pouring.
• Pour gypsum/concrete flooring to spec.
• Waterproof balconies to standards.
• Set up and clean the job site, maintain standards.
• Follow foreman and project manager guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
