Qualifications

• Able to perform basic math and keep accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-qualified employees into CDL drivers and advance their qualifications.
• Lead city driving sessions and assist operations leadership with training.
• Conduct road tests and apply Smith System safe driving guidelines.
• Coordinate class schedules, book training locations, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FedEx Freight policies and procedures.
