Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction in Helena, MT seeks a full-time CDL driver to deliver materials to job sites. You will perform vehicle inspections, load and unload, and maintain logs while complying with DOT rules.

Training is provided; overtime and Davis Bacon wage considerations may apply. You’ll work outdoors, communicate with dispatch, and support customer service with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Safety-minded with good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to work with Supervisors, Truck Drivers and other employees.
• Conform to OSHA/DOT and all company/state rules and regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
• Must have US work authorization or ability to obtain without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive company commercial vehicles to deliver materials to job sites and customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain communications with Dispatcher and verify delivery tickets.
• Load materials safely and obtain signatures as required.
• Record sales/delivery information and maintain logs per policy.
• Promote safety rules, inclusivity, and timely attendance.
• Assist other production areas as needed and support customer service.
