Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring CDL drivers in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods with leadership of moving crews and daily customer interaction. A clean record and adherence to our zero-tolerance drug policy are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and be able to comply with our zero-tolerance drug policy.
• Ability to operate a box truck or tractor trailer depending on CDL qualification.
• Excellent communications skills and reliable on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment onto and off of the truck.
• May inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks/containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on truck and equipment.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
