Job summary

Park Plaza is seeking a responsible, courteous, and safety-minded Driver to support our resident transportation needs. The driver will operate our community vehicle to transport residents to and from scheduled outings, appointments, and events.

This temporary role provides coverage during increased transportation demand. A valid CDL is required, and applicants should have a clean driving record and at least two years of professional driving experience.

Qualifications

• CDL license required and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare/residential setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient, caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, shopping trips and activities.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, resident-focused demeanor at all times.
• Assist residents on and off the vehicle, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and keep the vehicle clean.
• Coordinate with front desk and resident services to confirm routes and pickups.
• Adhere to driving regulations, internal policies, and safety protocols.
• Report concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
