MTM Transit is seeking Full-Time CDL Drivers for Tucson, AZ, with training classes starting weekly. The role requires a passenger endorsement and AZ CDL with school bus endorsement preferred.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, paid training, holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) match. Shifts run 7 days a week between 4:30am and 8:30pm, with 35–40+ hours weekly after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronic device.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate with others and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedules.
• Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulations.
• Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the service area.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Must assist with mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time Pick-up and drop-off of the customer.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
