Job summary

North Coast Electric in Pasco, WA is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver to job sites and store locations. You will perform pre-route checks, load verification, and maintain accurate records while supporting warehouse operations.

Qualified candidates are 21+, have a valid Class B CDL with clean driving record, pass a DOT physical, and commit to EDGE training within 90 days. The role offers overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Valid Class B driver's license and clean driving record (Verified by background check).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Professional in appearance and actions, good oral & written communication skills.
• Complete EDGE training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safe and reliable delivery to customer job sites, industrial locations, and other North Coast Electric locations.
• General warehousing.
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and vehicle readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Physical requirements can include heavy lifting (70 lbs)
• Warehouse environment and customer locations
• Driving delivery vehicle with GVW over 26,001 lbs. and powered industrial equipment (forklift, etc.)
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs afternoon evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $24.42/hour - $30.53/hour, DOE.
