Job Description: For the right fit, could convert to full-time with ***. Class A Driver needed — flatbed and tractor trailer experience, both auto and manual transmissions, and moffett forklift operation. Responsibilities include hauling loose crates and bundled pipe. Deliveries will be scheduled within a 2-hour window based on an 8-10 hour workday. 80% driving, 20% unloading materials. Must pass security clearance background checks due to government delivery sites.

Must haves:

• Customer service skills
• Smartphone proficiency
• Minimal employment gaps (no more than 3 months)

**Must be 21 years or older!** All drivers must hold the required state-issued self-certification designation of non-excepted interstate and provide proof. A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous Moffett lift experience are required.

All drivers must have at least one year of experience driving the class of vehicle they will operate while employed at *** Enterprises, Inc. All drivers must have held a CDL for a minimum of one year.

Additional duties may be assigned by branch management, varying based on location size and operations.

Job Functions:

• Deliver materials as scheduled by your supervisor
• Validate delivery directions
• Unload or assist in unloading materials as required
• Ensure materials are properly secured and within weight limits
• Deliver tickets with materials and obtain customer signatures
• Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day
• Handle customer returns and verify product matches requests for credit
• Pick up local purchase orders
• Secure and return packing lists
• Verify all materials are unloaded and placed correctly
• Ensure customer signatures are obtained on delivery tickets, printing names if necessary
• Review completed orders with supervisor for accuracy and format
• Return all delivery ticket copies to the warehouse, ensuring none are missing
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all DOT standards and regulations
• Refuel vehicles as needed
• Report vehicle issues, violations, accidents, or defects to your supervisor
• Adhere to company uniform and safety policies
• Assist in warehouse tasks as needed
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring quality customer service
• Follow all company policies, rules, and safety procedures
• Support corporate initiatives and work overtime as required
• Operate any vehicle with a semi-trailer or trailer with two or more axles, including combinations over 26,001 pounds GVWR with a towed vehicle over 10,000 pounds GVWR.

Comments for Suppliers: Work hours are Monday through Friday, 5 am to 2 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime may be expected.
