Job summary

Synagro in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Safety-conscious Truck Driver to transport material from clients' locations to processing or disposal sites. You will load/unload using heavy equipment and operate commercial trucks, including tankers and end dumps in off-road settings.

Candidates must hold a CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement, maintain a clean driving record, and have 3+ years roll-off experience. The role requires staying in good physical condition, following DOT regulations, and

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement required.
• Minimum 3 years roll‑off experience preferred.
• Safe driving record: No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years or DWI/DUI in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete a daily truck log and submit mileage reports at end of day.
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the truck/equipment.
• Comply with all DOT, state, local and in-house regulations, procedures, and rules.
• Operate truck/equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination.
• Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site, including overnight travel.
• Clean bio‑solids off truck/equipment before leaving the field site or landfill.
• Perform shop cleanup, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.

Job Summary

Responsible for safely transporting material from a clients' location and to an assigned destination for processing or disposal. Performs necessary tasks to load and unload material utilizing commercial trucks and/or heavy/agricultural equipment. (May include tankers and end dump trailers in an off road environment.)

Education / Experience

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with Tanker Endorsement required
• Minimum 3 years roll‑off experience preferred
