Job summary

Professional Builders Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, is seeking a CDL Driver I to safely transport building materials to job sites and distribution points. This role requires a Class A or B license, pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and DOT compliance, with occasional inter-state travel.

You'll unload, load, secure loads, operate a truck-mounted forklift, assist in warehouse stocking, and deliver exceptional customer service on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years CDL experience preferred.
• Experience transporting lumber and building materials required.
• Flat beds and/or tractor trailers experience preferred.
• Basic math, reading orders, and writing instructions are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operates Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Delivers to active construction sites and completed locations; may require inter-state travel.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and relay messages on job sites.
• Load, secure, and unload materials; verify orders before departure and on delivery.
