Job summary

Stone Group seeks a local CDL Driver/Boom Operator at our Tacoma branch. You will safely operate an articulating boom loader crane and deliver construction materials to local job sites with the assistance of a Material Stocker.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, on-site material placement, and inventory control, with a focus on meeting delivery timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license is required.
• Proven boom truck and forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the delivery vehicle and attached ABL Crane safely and legally.
• Physically handle materials with a Material Stocker.
• Deliver and off-load construction materials at local job sites.
• Place delivered materials accurately and orderly at jobsites.
• Comply with traffic laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform yard duties such as shipping, receiving and stocker tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory control.

We are seeking a local CDL Driver/Boom Operator at our Tacoma branch. As a CDL Driver/Boom Operator you will be responsible for the safe handling and delivery of construction materials to local job sites using an Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) Crane and the assistance of CWallA Material Stockers.

Responsibilities of a Boom Truck Operator Include:

• Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicle and attached Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) Crane
• Physically handling materials with the assistance of a Material Stocker
• Safe delivery and off-loading of commercial construction materials
• Participating in the accurate and orderly placement of delivered material at jobsites
• Continuously abiding by traffic laws and regulatory agency guidelines
• Various yard duties between deliveries including but not limitedto, shipping, receiving and filling customer orders
• Inventory control

Qualifications for a Boom Truck Operator Include:

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Proven boom truck and forklift experience
• Ability to consistently lift and carry construction materials
• Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts

NCCCO- ABL certification is preferred, but not required.
