Job summary

Stone Group in North Highlands, CA is seeking a local Boom Truck Operator/CDL Driver to safely handle and deliver construction materials to local job sites using an articulating boom loader crane.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, experience with trucks and forklifts, ability to lift materials and perform on-site tasks; NCCCO certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Proven truck and forklift experience.
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
• Able to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist during shifts.
• NCCCO-ABL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle and Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) crane.
• Physically handle materials with a material stocker.
• Deliver and off-load construction materials at jobsites.
• Place delivered materials accurately at sites.
• Follow traffic laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform yard duties: shipping, receiving, and completing customer orders.
• Maintain inventory control.

Boom Truck/CDL Driver

Full Time Manual Labor North Highlands, CA, US

Salary Range: $30.00 To $31.00 Hourly

We are seeking a local Boom Truck Operator/CDL Driver at our Sacramento branch. As a Boom Truck Operator/CDL Driver you will be responsible for the safe handling and delivery of construction materials to local job sites using an Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) Crane and the assistance of CWallA Material Stockers.

Responsibilities of a Boom Truck Operator Include:

• Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicle and attached Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) Crane
• Physically handling materials with the assistance of a Material Stocker
• Safe delivery and off-loading of commercial construction materials
• Participating in the accurate and orderly placement of delivered material at jobsites
• Continuously abiding by traffic laws and regulatory agency guidelines
• Various yard duties between deliveries including but not limitedto, shipping, receiving and filling customer orders
• Inventory control

Qualifications for a Boom Truck Operator Include:

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Proven coom truck and forklift experience
• Ability to consistently lift and carry construction materials
• Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts

NCCCO- ABL certification is preferred, but not required.
