Univar Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver and Operations Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and attract top talent across US time zones. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition in Downers Grove, IL.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for transportation and operations, build pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while negotiating offers and leveraging market data to improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume CDL driver and warehouse hiring.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipelining.
• Ability to influence and consult business leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Experience evaluating talent, developing offers, and closing candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.

About the Role

The CDL Driver and Operations Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver best-in-class candidate experience. This role supports hiring across all US time zones and reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Need

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Where You'll Work

• This is a hybrid-based role that requires Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office at our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.
• The salary ran ge is $75,000 – 85,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
