We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to transport equipment and materials to job sites and assist with on-site operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Safely and efficiently operate excavators, skid steers, vac trucks, and other equipment as needed including using a Vermeer directional drill , ditch witch and the like for utility installation.
Excavate, backfill, trench, and grade to prepare job sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Follow instructions and site plans to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
Education & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Valid CDL driver’s license
Experience with loading and unloading equipment
Strong understanding of excavation safety and underground utility work
Ability to read site plans, blueprints, or schematics
Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
Hourly $30-$45 based on experience
