Job summary

Equix Energy Services is seeking a CDL Driver for a role requiring frequent interstate travel in the United States Southeast. The position supports pipeline and facility construction services and offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a wellness program.

Qualified applicants have a Class A CDL with a clean driving record and at least two years of experience with truck and trailer equipment. Travel to other states is a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License with good driving record.
• Class A CDL with good driving record and full endorsements.
• Willing to travel to other states; frequent travel required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with commercial truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles.
• Turn in proper documentation to its designated office daily.
• Maintain a clean environment in the inside and outside of the truck.
• Conduct Pre-Trip inspection of truck and trailer.
• When not performing CDL work, candidate would be required to assist with various labor functions related to construction support.
• Hydrovac, back truck & water truck experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
