Job summary

Dakota Premium Hardwoods, LLC. is seeking a dependable, customer-focused delivery driver to join our Punta Gorda yard team. The successful candidate will primarily handle shop and job-site deliveries of plywood and lumber, with duties including unloading and securing loads.

A valid CDL, clean driving record, and safe handling of 22’–28’ curtain side flatbeds are required. Hours are Monday–Friday with some weekends; home every night. Pay is hourly with overtime and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• CDL license required and clean driving record.
• Experience with loading/unloading and securing loads.
• Delivery experience with 22’–28’ curtain side flatbed preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Primarily perform shop deliveries and job-site deliveries of plywood and lumber.
• Assist in unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain safe loading practices and ensure proper securing of loads.

Punta Gorda lumber yard seeking dependable, hard-working, customer service oriented team player to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition towards customers and coworkers, solid work ethic, team first and can do attitude are essential.

Primarily shop deliveries and job-sites. Product being delivered consists of plywood and lumber materials.

Must have experience with manual transmissions, knowledge on strapping loads, and help unloading trucks. Must have delivery experience in 22’-28’ curtain side flatbed.

Current, valid, unencumbered CDL driver's license is required.
Clean driving record is required.

Work hours are Monday - Friday, some weekends are required
