Job summary

QXO is seeking a dependable CDL Class A delivery driver to handle touch-freight, load and unload, and ensure accurate shipment on every run. You will inspect the truck, communicate with dispatch, and comply with DOT and safety procedures.

This role requires 12 months verifiable driving experience, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and the teamwork to coordinate with branches. We offer comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license in good standing (as required).
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment where applicable.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE
