Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Class B Driver to safely deliver building materials to customer jobsites and operate commercial vehicles. You will inspect and secure loads, assist with loading and unloading, and work closely with Dispatch to ensure products arrive safely and on time.

You must be at least 21, hold a valid Class B CDL, and have 12+ months of verifiable driving experience; outdoor work in all weather is required. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and paid training.

What you'll do:

As a CDL Class B Driver at QXO, you’ll safely deliver building materials to customer jobsites while providing reliable, professional service. You’ll operate commercial vehicles, inspect and secure loads, assist with loading and unloading, and work closely with Dispatch and branch teams to ensure products arrive safely, accurately, and on time.

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE

What you'll bring:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class B CDL license in good standing
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
