Hass Co, LLC is seeking a skilled and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our Houston operations. This position plays a vital role in our construction logistics, ensuring the timely and secure transport of materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck safety and readiness.
  • Operate vehicles in accordance with state/local driving regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain all necessary vehicle documentation, inspections, and registrations.
  • Secure loads properly and ensure all debris is cleared before transporting materials.
  • Accurately complete DOT-required paperwork and daily logs.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns or relaying them to appropriate personnel.
  • Represent the company professionally while transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites.
  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Technical or vocational training in vehicle operation preferred.
  • Licensing
    • Must possess a valid Texas Class A or B CDL license.
    • Must maintain a clean driving record.
  • Skills & Abilities
    • Dependable, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
    • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
    • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Frequent use of hands for machine operation and paperwork.
  • Physical effort required; must handle objects over 20 lbs regularly.
  • Exposure to occupational risks such as minor cuts, burns, or similar hazards.
  • Work in environments with dirt, noise, odors, and weather extremes.
