Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. seeks a CDL Driver for Yancey Engineered Solutions to handle all inbound and outbound loads. You will transport to vendors, tank shops, and CAT project sites, while maintaining safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a valid CDL and a health certificate, and can manage electronic logs and delivery software via tablets. A strong customer-service mindset and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license with current health certificate.
• Ability to manage electronic log books and delivery software on tablets.
• Customer service oriented with a rock star attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Transport loads to and from contracted vendors and CAT facilities.
• Drive inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Operate delivery software and electronic logs as required.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the CDL Driver for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will cover all loads, inbound and outbound.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transport to and from contracted vendors for tanks and enclosures.
• Transport to and from tank paint shop.
• Transport to and from CAT factor work in progress Gensets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner
• Complete a Driver's Safety Course.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior experience as a delivery driver. A safety-first attitude and strong work ethic are must have attributes.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
