Job summary

Synergen seeks a CDL Driver at Hydroline in the Eagle Ford District (Dilley, TX) to haul assets safely to and from facilities and job sites. The role emphasizes DOT compliance, safety, and clear communication with the team.

The candidate must hold a Class A CDL with air brakes, possess safety certifications, and demonstrate leadership while maintaining organized, compliant equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License with air brakes endorsement.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred
• Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
• Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
• Drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable

Responsibilities

• Haul necessary items to and from job sites as assigned by supervision
• Understand and be able to properly load and unload items being hauled
• Understand and ensure proper load securement when hauling items
• When required, participate in rig up & rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the task assigned
• Follow all DOT regulations and ensure compliance at all times
• Communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and needs for executing tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards (tailgate meetings, JSA, inspections, etc.)
• Ensure work is done to the highest standard safely and compliantly

We are actively seeking a CDL Driver at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in the Eagle Ford District (Dilley, Texas) that would be responsible for safely and compliantly hauling assets to and from facilities, job sites and other districts. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards, expectations and all DOT regulations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Haul necessary items to and from job sites as assigned by supervision
• Understand and be able to properly load and unload items being hauled
• Understand and ensure proper load securement when hauling items
• When required, participate in rig up & rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the task assigned
• Expected to know and understand all DOT regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
• Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
• Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: pre-job tailgate meetings, JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, HOS, etc.
• Ensure work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes consistently working outdoors in elements/weather. Work schedule varies according to demands of job assignments.
