Job summary

Structis, part of the MaxTech family, is seeking a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota. You will support gypsum and concrete installations, require a Class A CDL, and operate a bobcat while lifting up to 80 lbs. Expect weekly pay, year-round work, and a robust benefits package.

Starting wage ranges from $28.00 to $34.00 per hour with paid training and advancement opportunities. You’ll travel to project sites, work in multi-temperature environments, and join a safety-focused

Qualifications

• CDL and ability to operate heavy equipment (bobcat) are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and travel to sites.
• Experience in construction or concrete work is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious with basic measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist crew members and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move materials and set up hose connections.
• Finish poured Gypcrete floors and manage bagged materials.
• Carry supplies onto job sites and support field operations.

Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer

Starting Wage $28.00 to $34.00

About You

• Class A CDL.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and always on time.
• Ability to drive to various project sites.
• Has ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states.
• Previous construction experience a plus.
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus.

Primary Objective

Our CDL Drivers / Laborers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operating a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Setting up the hose for pouring and connecting to the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Breaking open bags of gypcrete and pouring them into a mixer.
• Carrying supplies onto a job site.
