Job summary

Structis, part of the MaxTech family of companies, seeks a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota to support gypsum and concrete-based installations. Responsibilities include driving to sites, operating a bobcat, and assisting crew with setup and pouring operations.

The position offers a starting wage of $28.00 to $34.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and be comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Hard-working, goal-oriented, reliable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Support the install of gypsum and concrete-based products.
• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed and assist crew members.
• Operate a bobcat to move materials and set up hoses for pouring.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor and assist with equipment repairs.
• Carry supplies onto job sites and travel to neighboring states 1–2 times per month if required.

About You

• Class A CDL
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus

Primary Objective

Our CDL Drivers / Laborers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed
• Assist other crew members as necessary
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair
• Operating a bobcat to move sand into the mixer
• Setting up the hose for pouring and connecting to the mixer
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor
• Breaking open bags of gypcrete and pouring them into a mixer
• Carrying supplies onto a job site
