Job summary

Dexter seeks a CDL Driver for a dedicated route delivering trailer parts to Dexter branch locations across the Southeast. This role offers a stable schedule, well-maintained equipment, and home weekends and holidays.

You will perform DOT logs, drive 53' equipment, and uphold safety standards on a steady, year-round freight plan with driver-friendly support.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual transmission)
• Van or Flatbed experience preferred
• Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years)
• Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations
• Ability to handle long driving days when needed

Responsibilities

• Safely transport trailer parts and products to Dexter branch locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns
• Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations
• Drive safely and professionally in varying weather and road conditions

• Average earnings based on the following weekly details:
  • 2,700-3000 miles per week
  • 3 overnights per week
  • 4 deliveries per week

• Pull 53' Dry Van, Flatbed, or Conestoga trailers

Route Information

• Dedicated deliveries to Dexter branches in:
  • Florida
  • North Carolina
  • Alabama
• Schedule typically begins Sunday or Monday and returns Thursday or Friday

What We’re Looking For
