Job summary

Keesen Landscape is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to support our landscaping and snow operations. You will operate CDL-required vehicles to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites while adhering to DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate takes pride in equipment, communicates with the operations team, and understands seasonal landscape and snow work. Responsibilities include safe operation of dump and plow trucks, daily inspections, accurate logs, and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement if required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Pass MVR Review and DOT drug screen.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Experience hauling trailers and operating plow equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL vehicles including dump trucks, plow trucks, and trailers.
• Transport landscaping materials and equipment to job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues.
• Maintain driver logs, timesheets, and DOT documentation.
• Load and secure materials and equipment properly.
• Assist on-site with loading/unloading and light labor.
• Follow safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations during the day.
• Participate in snow and ice management operations during winter nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL vehicles including dump trucks, plow trucks, and trailers
• Transport landscaping materials and equipment to job sites
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate driver logs, timesheets, and required DOT documentation
• Load and secure materials and equipment properly
• Assist crews on-site as needed (loading, unloading, light labor)
• Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations during the workday
• Participate in snow and ice management operations during winter storms (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs as required by job duties
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Experience

• Landscaping, construction, or snow removal experience
• Equipment operation (skid steer, loader, or similar)
• Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to identify equipment issues
